You will need:
A large pot
Brussel Sprouts (optional)
Enough broth to cover the vegetables
-Place chopped up vegetables in a pot.
-Cover with broth. (If you are out of broth, use filtered water).
-Boil until cooked.
-Blend until is as smooth as you would like it.
For a more “soupy” mixture for younger babies add broth to the vegetables in the blender.
For a “chunkier” mix feed the mixture into a juicer. I have a Lexen Juicer This gives older babies some texture in their food.
