Baby Pasta

You will need:
5 Tomatoes
4 Cloves of Garlic
Baby Spinach
A Zucchini or Carrot
500g Mince of your choice
1 Jar of Organic Tomato Paste
A Betty Bossi Veggie Twister

-Roughly chop tomatoes and garlic. Place them in the blender along with basil. (You may use either fresh basil or dried basil).
-Blend into a purée.
-Put in a small saucepan and cook for about 30mins.
-In a seperate saucepan boil the baby spinach until cooked.
-Strain the spinach. (You may now decide to purée the baby spinach or leave as is). Add to the tomato/garlic/basil mixture.
-Fry the mince in a pan until browned.
-Add the tomato/garlic/basil/spinach mixture to the mince. Stir.
-Slowly add the tomato paste until it is the taste and consistency that you desire. Simmer for approximately 10 minutes.

-Use the Betty Bossi Veggie Twister on a carrot or zucchini to make “veggie pasta”.
-Boil pasta in water until cooked.

-Serve sauce and pasta together.
-Freeze any leftover sauce in your covered freezer trays.
