Almond Meal Pancakes


You Will Need:
-1/2 a Cup of Almond Meal
-3 Egg Yolks
-1 Tablespoon of Honey
-1 Tablespoon of Yoghurt
-Ghee (to fry in)
-A Non-stick Pan
-An Egg Flip (a metal egg flip works best)

-Mix almond meal, yolks, honey and yoghurt together to make a batter-like consistency. If you would like it to be runnier use more yoghurt.
-Fry pancakes in a generous amount of Ghee.
