You Will Need:
Thigh or Breast Chicken (Organic or Free Range)
Coconut Oil or Ghee
-Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
-Place enough almond meal in a bowl to properly coat all of the nuggets.
-Add a teaspoon of chia seeds.
-Coat all of the chicken pieces with the almond meal.
-Fry in a frying pan in some coconut oil or ghee.
