No Milk Smoothie


You Will Need:
3 Large Eggs (separated)
2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
2 Tablespoons of Ghee/Butter
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
Honey (to taste)
2 1/2 Cups Boiled Water
Optional: Organic Spices (Clove, all spice, Ginger)

-Boil water
-Put all ingredients in blender, except egg yolks.
-Add boiled water and let sit until the egg whites turn white (about 1 min).
-Close the lid well, blend for 30 seconds.
-Allow to cool. When at room temperature, add yolks and blend until combined.
-Drink warm, or refrigerate.

Consume in a 48 hr time frame after made.

-Add banana if desired.

•When I first read this recipe, I thought to myself: “Yuck! Eggs in boiling water!!!”. But surprisingly, it wasn’t all that bad, and actually tasted a little like a Chai Latte. And it helped me get better 🙂
