Mango Sorbet


You Will Need:
A Mango
A masticating or crushing juicer I use a Lexen Juicer

-Cut the mango into cubes.
-Freeze cubes overnight in an airtight, freezer safe container.
-Leave the cubes to defrost for about 5 mins before you feed them through the juicer.
-Feed the frozen mango into the juicer. You will now have sorbet!
