You Will Need:
A Banana (or two!)
A masticating or crushing juicer. I use a Lexen Juicer
-Cut the banana into pieces.
-Freeze pieces overnight in an airtight, freezer-safe container.
-Leave the pieces to defrost for about 5 mins before you feed them through the juicer.
-Feed the frozen banana into the juicer. You will now have sorbet!
