You Will Need:
2 Cups of Raw Cows Milk or Raw Goats Milk
1 Cup of Filtered Water
1/4 Cup of Whey (from your own 24hr fermented Yoghurt)
1 Tablespoon of good quality organic cream
2 teaspoons of Coconut Oil
1 Teaspoon Organic Cold Pressed Sunflower Oil
1 teaspoon of Cod Liver Oil
1 teaspoon of Cold Pressed Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoon of Acerola Powder (I use this one from iherb.com)
1/4 teaspoon of Probiotic Powder (lactose free)-I use Inner Health Plus
-Pour all ingredients into a blender.
-Store as much as you will need for the next 24hours in baby bottles in the fridge, and freeze the rest. I find freezing it in covered ice cube trays works best, and these ones from Happy Baby are awesome for bub’s food/fluids: Baby Food Trays
-Heat in baby’s bottle in warm water only-NO Microwaving!
-Shake well before feeding to baby
