GAPS Friendly Rissoles

You Will Need:
Beef Mince
1 Carrot
1 Small Zucchini (or half a large one)
4 Cloves of Garlic
1 Egg
All Purpose Spice
Almond Meal
Olive Oil
Frying Pan
A Large Mixing Bowl

-Place mince into mixing bowl.
-Finely chop garlic and add to the mince.
-Finely grate the carrot and zucchini and add to the mince.
-Add salt, pepper, paprika and spices to taste.
-Add egg, mix together using your hands.
-Roll into small rissoles.
-Sprinkle some almond meal, some all spice and some paprika on a plate.
-Roll the rissoles in the almond meal mix.
-Heat olive oil in the frying pan.
-Press rissoles down to flatten them and proceed to fry them.

NOTE: I like my rissoles to be somewhat crispy on the outside, so I cook each one for about 10minutes on a medium heat, then remove them from the pan, allow to cool and then cook them again on a higher heat.
