Dried Apples

You Will Need:
A Peeler
A Juicer (or alternatively some fresh natural apple juice)
1 Cup of Filtered Water
A Dehydrator

-Peel the apples. Core them.
-Juice one or two of the apples so that you have some natural apple juice.
-Slice the rest into slices about 1/2cm thick.
-Add filtered water to the apple juice.
-Soak slices in the juice for approx 5-10minutes.


-Remove slices from the juice and lie flat in the food dehydrator.


-Turn the dehydrator on and dehydrate at 70 degrees Celcius for approximately 6 hours.
-Remove from the dehydrator.
-They are now ready to be eaten!
