You Will Need:
A Coffee Grinder or Blender
-Slice the tomatoes into thin slices.
-Lie them flat in the dehydrator.
-Dehydrate for 4-5hours at 65-75 degrees Celsius. Loosen and flip after 3 hours to ensure the best drying possible.
-Remove from dehydrator and place in coffee grinder or blender.
-Grind until they become a fine powder.
This powder is great for adding to soups, stocks, stews and for making dips: just add some of the powder to yoghurt or sour cream.
