You Will Need:
2 Cups of Pumpkin
4 Eggs (whole)
1/4 Cup of Butter OR Ghee (Melted)
2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
1/2 teaspoon of ground Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of ground Nutmeg
Natural Sweetener to taste (Honey, Stevia etc)
Glass or Ceramic Casserole Dish or Pie Pan
-Cut pumpkin into small cubes and roast until well cooked.
-When cooked place in blender with all other ingredients and blend until thoroughly mixed.
-Grease a glass or ceramic casserole dish or pie pan, and pour the blended mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
-Place into the oven and cook at 170 degrees Celsius for 30 to 40 minutes or until it doesn’t jiggle when shaken.
-Serve with a dollop of good quality Organic Cream!
